VILLAGE SALON POLICIES
Our goal is that you love your look - period. Guests may contact us within 3 days of their service(s) for any changes that they require. We do not offer refunds on services, but we are happy to make things right for you within 7 days of the original service. If you request/require an additional service to achieve your desired look - and you did not originally receive that service - you will be charged full price for the service.
We understand that life is busy and things come up, but we kindly ask that you give no less than 24-hour notice to cancel your appointment. We do offer a free text message service to our guests to help remind you a few days in advance of your appointment. No shows or last minute cancellations allow us no time to fill our schedules & leave our stylists unpaid. If you do not show up and do not call, in order to reschedule, we will require a 50% deposit of your service total in order to reschedule. We appreciate your understanding & truly appreciate your business!
