What's most important to you? Family! These last few years, with the trauma everybody has been through, have taught me a new appreciation for family and knowing that they’re apart of the small network that will always be 100 percent reliable and trustworthy.
What's your favorite thing to do on a day off? Being at home Lillian. Watching her grow and being able to teach and mold her mind to the best of our ability.
If you could have a super power, what would it be? Definitely the ability to fly. I used to be a firm believer that god created gravity for a reason, but seeing a different perspective and being able to feel the rush would be awesome. Plus faster travel time!
What do you love most about your profession? Nowadays, it seems like people don’t have enough confidence in themselves or in their appearance. Appearance doesn’t mean everything, but feeling good about yourself can sometimes be a key to success. Confidence is key when making a decision about hair or life. Feel good about every decision you make.
How do you make your guest experience unique? By building a relationship, along with great conversation. Knowing that their voices, wants and needs are being met, and helping them to have a great perception of themselves. An experience creates a memory, a positive effect in every guest's life.
